In 1986, the building at 928 Canton was a restaurant called Montego Bay, owned by Brad Hancock Sr. Decades later, his son Brad Hancock — together with John Michael Brunetti — transformed the same 7,000 sqft space into Rock 'N' Taco: a Tex-Mex joint built around fourteen tacos, stiff margaritas, and a live band every weekend.
